How hard will the recent freeze hit Arizona's citrus growers?

Since Saturday morning, the Valley has had five straight days with either a freeze watch or a freeze warning--a nearly-unprecedented run of frigid conditions. Dr. Mark Manfredo, a professor at the Morrison School of Agribusiness and Resource Management at ASU's College of Technology and Innovation, says growers will be hurt...but citrus' importance to the state's overall economy has been shrinking recently.
