12-year-old St. Johns boy guilty of homicide has hearing
A St. Johns boy who’s been in a residential treatment facility for nearly three years after killing his father’s friend is set to be back in court today over three probation violations.
The 12-year-old pleaded guilty to negligent homicide in the man’s 2008 death. Prosecutors dropped a charge against the boy in his father’s death.
