Filmmaker Andrew Gooi learned about chef Kevin Binkley’s inspirations and passion and put them in his new documentary.

In recent years, the Valley has developed a reputation for interesting chefs trying unique recipes with intriguing combinations. Their restaurants aren’t limited to uptown Phoenix or Scottsdale.

One chef who has received a lot of praise from patrons and critics alike is Kevin Binkley, whose original Binkley’s is located in Cave Creek. Filmmaker Andrew Gooi learned about Binkley’s inspirations and passion and put them in his new documentary, which is called Binkley’s. We talked with Gooi.
