Independent Voters May Have Significant Impact This Election Year

Earlier this week, Secretary of State Ken Bennett announced that independents in Arizona hold a plurality of the state's registered voters. And since we are in an election year, those numbers may be even more significant.

DJ Quinlan, executive director of Arizona's Democratic Party, Tim Sifert, communications director for the Arizona Republican Party and Fred Solop, Northern Arizona University political scientist, all spoke about the potential impact of independent voters.
