Authorities say no criminal charges will be filed against the driver of a semi-truck involved in a Glendale hit-and-run collision that killed a woman.

Phoenix police say the driver left the scene early Tuesday morning, but later contacted investigators after seeing a news story about 33-year-old Krystle Ann Klain's death. 

Police say the evidence shows the driver was unaware of the collision, which happened at the intersection of 43rd and Glendale avenues.
