DPS find rule violations on Grand Canyon buses

August 21, 2012

A recent inspection of commercial buses at Grand Canyon National Park removed more than two dozen from service.

The two-day inspection of about 200 vehicles took place last week and included a check on drivers' credentials.

DPS says inspectors found mechanical problems, permit violations, and drivers with suspended licenses.
