Arizona Science Desk reporter Amanda Solliday received a CASW New Horizons travel fellowship to attend the 2015 Science Writers conference, ScienceWriters2015. The gathering is hosted by MIT from Oct. 9-13, 2015.

She joins more than 800 other science journalists, writers and public information officers in Cambridge, Massachusetts, to spend a weekend focusing on science communication.
