Save Our Schools Arizona collected more than 111,000 signatures in their effort to put the question of ESA expansion before voters in 2018.

The group trying to collect enough signatures to refer a universal school voucher plan to the ballot faces a deadline later this week to turn in their petitions.

Save Our Schools needs to gather nearly 119,000 valid signatures by Sept. 23; if they do, the law will be put on hold until the 2024 election.

To discuss that and other goings-on in the world of Arizona politics, The Show spoke with Hank Stephenson, co-founder of the Arizona Agenda.
