Henry Darwin, who has been director of the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality since 2011, is moving on to become chief of operations for the Ducey Administration.

Darwin is going to be replaced at ADEQ by Misael Cabrera, currently the department’s deputy director. The changes will go into effect by the end of this month.
