Giffords: 'Too Dangerous To Wait' On Gun Control
BOSTON (AP) — Former Arizona Rep. Gabby Giffords is challenging Washington leaders not to ignore gun violence.
Giffords, who suffered brain damage in a 2011 shooting, is featured in a new TV ad set to air right before and after President Barack Obama's State of the Union address.
Giffords faces the camera and says, "Congress is afraid of the gun lobby." She says, "Tell Washington it's too dangerous to wait."
