Valley Chefs Honored For Excellence
The Valley’s restaurant scene is growing, as is respect for the chefs and the food they are creating. Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at the Phoenix Art Museum, five chefs will be awarded Ripe Awards for being the best of the best of the Valley’s culinary scene.
Gio Osso is executive chef and owner of Virtù, which was named one of The Best New Restaurants of 2013 in the nation by Esquire Magazine. Danielle Leoni is executive chef and co-owner of The Breadfruit, the award-winning modern Jamaican restaurant.
