The city of Phoenix has been so unhappy with new Sky Harbor Airport flight paths that a suit was filed against the Federal Aviation Administration.

Residents of historic Phoenix neighborhoods have complained that the increased noise has had a negative effect on their lives.

But now there’s another complication that has led to some discipline being meted out at the Phoenix Aviation Department.
