An Arizona man has been sentenced to three years in prison and ordered to pay more than $600,000 restitution for defrauding his former employer.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office in Boise, Idaho, said 37-year-old Christopher Myers of Cave Creek was sentenced Monday, after pleading guilty to siphoning 450-thousand dollars from his former employer to pay his personal bills. Myers pleaded guilty to wire fraud last August, after admitting he wired money from a company called "Click Sales" to his personal accounts, so he could pay his mortgage and bolster his investments, between 2008 and 2011.

Myers was comptroller for the Boise-based company, which does business as "ClickBank." The company facilitates the sale of educational programs, and after taking a commission, passes the money to retailers.
