Downtown Tucson is preparing for a face-lift.

Last month, the Tucson City Council signed off on construction of a 13-story tower on 4th Avenue, and just Friday night, the council approved a $60 million deal to redevelop the downtown Ronstadt Transit Center, a project that is expected to reshape the landscape with four new high-rises.
