Cal Tjader

Cal Tjader started out as a kid tap dancing with his parents in the traveling family act . He then played drums with Dave Brubeck, and George Shearing before he taught himself to play the vibes. Tjader fell in love with Latin Jazz and never looked back. Enjoy Cal Tjader and his Latin Jazz bands tonight on the 9 O'clock Special.
