Lowering Expectations For The Phoenix Housing Market

The latest numbers from the Phoenix housing market are not exactly awe-inspiring. Foreclosures are way down from 2012, and the median price of homes for sale has climbed to $213,000, but as we head into 2014, prices are expected to remain flat.

If you had to buy gas for your holiday trip, you may have paid more than you would have last week. AAA Arizona said gas prices are up a couple cents in Arizona this week, to an average $3.15 a gallon.  Spokeswoman Michelle Donati said however, there are other ways to look at the cost of gas.

“Despite these increases, motorists are still going to pay the lowest price going into Thanksgiving and over the Thanksgiving holiday than they have in three years.”
