The Environmental Protection Agency has been hit with a lawsuit over claims it is failing to protect children from crop-dusting pesticide drift. Linda Wells of the Pesticide Action Network says the suit is an effort to get the EPA to re-evaluate the potential harm to kids, especially in rural America.
