Kingman’s Hill Top Motel is getting a renovation. It was recently awarded Arizona’s only National Park Service Route 66 grant. Hill Top Motel has been around since the 1950s and is now undergoing a renovation.

Northern Arizona could be the new home a large astronomy project. Cherenkov Telescope Array 40 telescopes could generate more than $100 million for the area. Potential sites for the array of 40 telescopes include Mexico and the Spanish Canary Islands, but the big news in Arizona is that spots around Seligman and Meteor Crater are also in the running.
