North Carolina paleontologists found that the soft tissue inside the thigh bone of a 65 million year-old unearthed T-Rex skeleton looked identical to that of an ostrich.

James Arthur Ray is set to be released Friday from the Arizona State Prison system. Ray was found guilty in 2011 of three counts of negligent homicide  following a sweat lodge ceremony. The charges stemmed from a sweat lodge ceremony hosted by Ray, near Sedona, in October of 2009.

A new report makes the case that some birds are not adapting well to the pace of a changing climate and says the U.S. should be doing more about it. The report from the National Wildlife Federation said many species are struggling with climate change.
