New data from the Arizona Department of Administration show the state's unemployment rate stayed flat at 7.9 percent in March, with more than 16,000 non-farm jobs gained from February. That compares to a drop in the national jobless rate to 7.

Police in Glendale have raided what they say was a large 'spice lab,' where they discovered a massive amount of the illegal designer drug.  Police Sergeant Brent Coombs says the lab's manager is behind bars, for his involvement in developing 'spice' and 'bath salts,'"Abraham Sayegn is having charges submitted on him for both the manufacturing process and the possession to sell," Coombs said.

WATERTOWN, Mass. (AP) — Police say the 19-year-old suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings exchanged gunfire with law enforcement for an hour while holed up in a boat before being captured.Boston Police Commissioner Ed Davis says the suspect, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, was hospitalized late Friday in serious condition.
