American Airlines has experienced major delays today due to a computer glitch. Over Twitter, the airline announced it was grounded nationwide until 2 p.m. Mountain time. The issues have created plenty of trouble at Phoenix’s Sky Harbor International Airport.

Firefighters in the Flagstaff area hope to keep high winds from spreading the Fisher Fire today. The blaze, about four miles south of Flagstaff, is being battled by 80-100 firefighters. They spent Monday tending to the fire in a steep canyon area, according to Brady Smith of the Coconino National Forest.

It has been unclear whether there would be a Veterans Day parade this year after local Veterans Affairs officials said the VA has pulled its support from this year’s parade. But organizers are now saying say they are confident the parade will go on.

Authorities now say more than 100 people are injured and two dead after bombs exploded near the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Medical workers aid injured people at the finish line. The cause of the explosions has not been determined.
