It looks like President Obama's name will appear on the Arizona ballot in November.  Secretary of State Ken Bennett says he got an e-mail from Hawaii officials late Tuesday, confirming they have an original birth certificate for the president.

Tempe’s Hayden Flour Mill was the largest flour mill in the state -- until it closed in 1998.  For more than a decade the building has been boarded up and blocked off from the public. Now it has re-opened.

A new study shows that traffic congestion across the U.S. dropped by 30 percent in 2011 over the previous year.   The report says increased fuel prices and fewer drivers are two key factors. It says many people are driving less because they are unemployed or have stopped looking for work.

The Census Bureau has just released a survey of the 2010 population count. It showed the census was accurate to 1/100 of 1 percent. That’s about 36,000 people that were overcounted. The study also showed that African Americans and Latinos were undercounted in the 2010 census.

A new report finds states introduced and approved fewer bills dealing with illegal immigration during the first quarter of this year than last. From Phoenix, KJZZ’s Mark Brodie reports. The Glendale City Council will vote Monday night on how to close a $35 million shortfall in next year’s budget. The city laid off 49 employees last week. Monday night the council will consider raising property, sales and hotel bed taxes.
