The Department of Homeland Security has been flying illegal immigrants caught in this country back to their homelands for years. In the last few years that program has been stepped up.  Many of the flights go to Mexico, the number one spot illegal immigrants come from, but KJZZ’s Peter O’Dowd is just back from a flight taking immigrants to Guatemala, the country with the second-most illegal immigrants.
